HopeLine Announces Board of Directors for 2005-06

Raleigh, NC, September 9, 2005 –HopeLine, Inc, the Triangle's 24-hour crisis and suicide prevention hotline, has announced the Board of Directors for the 2005-06 year. The officers are President, Gene Bowers, of CFO Services; Vice-President, Paul Stock, Executive Vice-President and Counsel for the NC Bankers Association; Treasurer, Thomas M. Doherty, accountant with McMillian & Pate; and Secretary, Thomas Wicker, of TheraSim.

The newly elected board members are as follow: Margaret Bishop, retired educator; John Craichy, in business development at NC BioTech; Jon Felton, mortgage consultant with Family First Mortgage; Angela Grimes, of Glaxo Smith Kline; Patrick Imbasciani, owner of Cellular Café of Durham; Kimberlee D. Johnson, web developer with Ebiz Datacom; and Barbara McKnight, in the Durham County Department of Social Work. Larry Bernstein, psychologist; Sharla Flora, student; Laura O'Grady, student; Matthew E. Roehm, General Counsel for Plaza Associates; and D. Lawrence Vinson, President of Equity & Investors Management will continue to serve on the board.
