Teen TalkLine — We offer teens an opportunity
to talk to trained volunteers about important issues in their lives
24 hours a day.
Reassurance Calls to Seniors — We make brief
"check-in" calls to senior citizens who are continuing to live
independently
with little or no daily contact with others. These daily calls provide
reassurance and a reminder that there is a compassionate person who
cares and is willing to listen.
Yellow Ribbon — The Yellow Ribbon Campaign
raises teen awareness about depression and suicide.
The program teaches teens to recognize peers who may need support.
QPR — QPR is designed
to help you offer help to someone
who may be considering suicide. QPR consists of three life-saving
skills — how to: question a person about suicide,
persuade them
to get help, and refer the
person
to
the appropriate
resource.
Educational Programs on HopeLine Services, depression,
and suicide, especially among teens.
